  • Incorrect Product: If the product delivered significantly differs from the description provided on the website.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

The following cases are not eligible for a refund:

  • Change of Mind: Refunds cannot be issued for change of mind after purchase.
  • Download or Access Completed: Once the digital product has been accessed, streamed, or downloaded, it is considered consumed and non-refundable.
  • User Inexperience: No refund will be provided for lack of technical skills or inability to use the product.
  • GST and Transaction Fees: Any applicable GST or payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

4. Refund Request Process

To submit a refund request, follow these steps:
